Mr. Swanson developed his love of cooking while helping is his beloved mother in their family restaurant.  After years of cooking with his family at Swansons, Victor decided to establish Biggies Taste of Soul. Today, Victor and his team serve some of the best soul food in the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area.
