Mr. Swanson developed his love of cooking while helping is his beloved grandmother in their family restaurant.  After years of cooking with his family at Swanson's Cafe, Victor decided to establish Biggies Taste of Soul Today, Victor and his team serve some of the best soul food in the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area.
